Term and conditions :

• Rate quoted are inclusive 21%  of government tax and service charge
• During High / Peak Season Surcharge the following condition will be applied :
  • High season (01 July - 31 August)                US$ 20.00 net /villa/night
  • Peak season (22 December – 05 January)     US$ 30.00 net /villa/night
• New Year’s Dinner is compulsory on 31 December at US$ 60.50 net/person.
